Return Policy for Perfect Memorials Tombstone

At Perfect Memorials Tombstone, we aim to provide the highest quality custom-made memorial products. Please review our return policy to understand your options:

Eligibility:

Custom Tombstones: These are made specifically for each client and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Marble Vases: These may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@perfectmemorials.co.za or call 073 073 2299. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) if applicable.

Return Authorization Number (RA#):

All returns must have a valid RA# issued by Perfect Memorials Tombstone, clearly marked on the package. Returns without a valid RA# may not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for marble vases unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Inspection and Refund:

Once we receive the returned marble vase, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
